President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Brian Murray has over 17 years of experience in both the resources and investment markets. In addition to his position with the Company, Mr. Murray is the President and director of Sea Green Capital Corp., which is exploring for gold in Québec and Ontario. Mr. Murray has also been the President of Murcon Ltd., a private financial consulting company involved in merchant banking, since 1990. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration. Mr. Murray is currently a director of the following TSXV listed companies: Process Capital Corp., Pure Diamonds Exploration Inc., Explorers Alliance Corp. and Desert Gold Ventures Inc. Mr. Murray is also a director of Range Metals Inc., a CNQ listed company.
Bruce Durham, P.Geo
Director
Bruce Durham has been Executive Chairman of Temex Resources Corp. since May 24, 2007. Mr. Durham has previously served as Vice President Exploration (2001 to 2007) and Vice President Business Development for Canadian Royalties Inc. (2006-2007); he was also President of Canadian Royalties from 2003-2006. He continues to serve as a Director of Canadian Royalties, a position he has held since 1998, and is also a Director of East West Corporation. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Durham has worked in mineral exploration for more than 30 years in various positions with junior mining companies exploring primarily for precious and base metal deposits in Ontario and Quebec, but also with companies exploring across Canada, in the USA, and in Africa. Mr. Durham has been an integral member or leader of various exploration teams credited with the discovery or definition of several significant mineral deposits including: the David Bell Mine (Hemlo), the Golden Giant Mine (Hemlo), the Redstone Nickel Mine (Timmins), the Bell Creek Mine (Timmins), several nickel-copper deposits on the Raglan South Project of Canadian Royalties that are being evaluated for their economic viability.
John Hickey, FCSI, CIM
Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director
John Hickey is a financial services professional with over 23 years of experience in the capital markets and private company management. Prior to his CFO role at Nebu Resources, he was Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and a partner at Industrial Temporary Solutions Inc. from 2003 to 2006 and served as an investment advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns from 1996 to 2003. In addition, John sits on the board of Russet Lake Resources and Laird Lake Resources.
J. H. (Jim) Decker
Director
Jim Decker is a mining engineer with 36 years of experience in senior management, mine operations and engineering. He is President and principal partner of Jim Decker & Associates Inc., a mining consulting firm that provides senior management input for operating mines and mining projects. Mr. Decker's principal activities in the past 5 years have been associated with due diligence exercises for acquisitions and sales of mining properties, operating audits of surface mining operations and supervisory training for large mining companies such as Barrick Gold Corporation, Placer Dome Inc. and Teck Cominco Metals Ltd.
Rick Moscone, MBA

Rick Moscone has been an associate at the law firm Fogler, Rubinoff LLP since March 2004. Prior thereto, he was a consultant with Carpedia International Limited from May 2003 to December 2003. From May 2002 to May 2003, he articled with the law firm Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Mr. Moscone is also a director of Virgin Metals Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company, and Assistant Secretary of Sea Green Capital Corp., a TSXV listed company.
Duane Parnham
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Parnham is currently President, CEO and a Director of Forsys Metals Corp (TSX:FSY) as well as Chairman of Universal Power Corp. (TSX VENTURE:UNX). As the founding member and Executive Director of Forsys Metals, he successfully negotiated the acquisition of the Valencia Uranium project and developed the project into one of the few fully permitted uranium mines in the world today. As Chairman of Universal Power, Mr. Parnham successfully acquired a package of prolific oil exploration concessions located offshore Namibia. He has a record of success in geological and environmental consultation, corporate development and regulatory compliance for publicly listed companies and in corporate finance to the junior mining industry. Over the past 3 years, Mr. Parnham has assisted in raising in excess of $100 million CDN for the companies in which he holds a Directors position.
Jacob Willoughby
Director
Mr. Willoughby is based in Toronto as an independent business consultant to resources companies. Most recently he was employed as a partner and analyst at Paradigm Capital, a full service broker-dealer based in Toronto where he worked for 5 years focused on mining companies. Mr. Willoughby helped to establish the mining research platform at Paradigm Capital that currently has active research coverage on over 50 mining companies from around the globe. While at Paradigm, Jacob developed a substantial network of mining company executives as well as institutional equity fund managers in North America, Europe and Australia. He has an honours degree in Geology and an MBA, both from the University of Windsor.
